Revenue forecast shows no growth The state Economic and Revenue Forecast Council adopted the third revenue forecast of 2012 yesterday. It is essentially unchanged from the June quarterly forecast. Unemployment rates rise in Washington The state Employment Services Department just released Washington’s monthly employment report and it showed that the state lost 1,100 jobs in August and the state unemployment rate increased from 8.5% to 8.6%.
